I provide empathic, thoughtful support to help you create a space of understanding and awareness, and I work collaboratively with you to identify your goals for therapy. We work to uncover and make sense of confusing or conflicting desires, thoughts, and feelings and explore relationship patterns that are not working for you. Together we develop communication tools and self-care strategies to help you feel better and to clarify your inner voice and move past critical self-judgments and unhelpful behaviors.

I work with individuals to address difficulty in personal or work relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, self-acceptance, depression, anger, fear of creativity, work and life transitions, self-identity, and communication barriers. I also help people with grief and loss, trauma, and feelings of isolation.

When it's appropriate, we use art therapy as a tool to increase insight and gain a deeper understanding of your life experiences. The artmaking process opens up space for change and creativity.
